Pengalaman Interview Medic USIM 2016/17

Hey enthusiast Doctor wannabe! If you reading this, just hope you know that i wish you luck for the upcoming interview :)

so kita semua tahu untuk dapat iv we must at least get 3.5> and at least B for the core subject (bio, chems, math and physics) ok so me myself Alhamdulillah i scored 3.7 more or less , but unfortunately orang lain semua 3.8>  arghhhhhhhhhhh! why i say arghhh? sebab to masuk degree Medic USIM 70% adalah CGPA 20% IV so go hit your books kids! well i had promised myself to write my pengalaman if i dapat interview ehehehe wish me dapat mbbs guys! ;)

Ok lets get straight to the point, apa nak prepare for the IV?

Before IV make sure bawak:
-alat tulis
-resume
-sijil sijil
-borang akad
-result blood test

1. Interview 
so we will be grouped into 3, the grouping is based on your birthday! so my interviewmates is fatimah and firdaus which i believed three of us was born in april

• firstly, make sure everything is with you sijils, and make sure you pakai formal! because you know first impression is everything!
• ok so , theres a lot of panel that will be interviewing you so pray lah u dapat panel yang baik.eheheh well my panel is head medical unit of USIM ! which is quite orang besar
• the questions that we got is:

- "tell me about yourself", guys this is a killer question. Interview sessions only 30min for 3 of you so  roughly u have 10min for yourself to speak ,make sure you make a well use of it! in this question tell a bit about yourself and a bit of what inspired you to take medicine
- "name a disease that you know" study disease thoroughly so it'll looked you have prepared!
-Dr. Fauzi legitly asked whats our fav song, aha! and paling lawak fatimah jawab love story 😁

- and you know what in that 30min kitorang cakap pasal disease jer, mamposlah nak aku terketak ketak jawab soalan Dr. tu pasal diseases
-other questions of my friends is , " why u want be a doctor"
-"who inspired you to be a doctor"
-"whats your future plan of becoming a doctor?"
-current issues

dont worry too much, its only 30min . and make sure if the panel ask do you have any questions say yes i have questions. this will showed that you have studied pasal faculty tersebut tanyalah pasal facilities ke whatever lah.

2. Ujian Bertulis

ujian bertulis will be held at 12 noon. ada 30 soalan
aha during that i legitly tembak je memanjang
so what to read?
i recommed all of you baca balik buku bio spm, sebab buku bio tamhidi takda pasal anatomy sangat .
but ujian bertulis mostly pasal biology ofcourse
-anatomy, tulang belulang
-nerves ,cranial nerves, facial nerves
- alat guna dalam medicine for measuring macam sphygmomanometer
-cara kira BMI 
-Terms in medicine like jaundice, cyanosis
-disease like hepatitis, brain tumor 
-stuff dalam buku bio spm like deria deria ,olfactory
-blood pressure, blood sugar etc 
-thalassmia ,anaemia etc 

orait that was it more or less, hope it help enthusiast like yall! Always work hard to give back to society ya :)  Good luck for your IV doctors, adios!
